Aquí está mi primera publicación y para estrenarla lo haré con la ilustración que más trabajo me ha dado y a la que más cariño le tengo. Se trata de un retrato del chico rebelde de Hollywood, James Dean. 

Para dibujar al actor utilicé el lápiz, con muchas capas de mina, con el objetivo de conseguir un negro casi total en las zonas oscuras. El fondo rojizo lo hice con pintura al óleo; sí, una combinación extraña, pero el resultado permite contemplar como dos técnicas tan dispares pueden dar mucho juego al fusionarse.

El dibujo está hecho sobre una lámina de 1000x500mm, la cual tiene un gramaje de 350g/m².

This is my first publication and in order to release it I will do it with my most laborious and beloved illustration. It is a portrait of the Hollywood rebel boy, James Dean.

So as to draw the actor, I used a pencil, with lots of layer leads, to achieve a total black effect in obscure zones. The reddish background was done with oil painting; yes, it is a strange combination but the result allows understand how two so different techniques can be fused together awfully well. 

A 1000x500mm plate, with a 350g/m² grammage, was used to elaborate it.
